Bosco Emparanza García is CEO and Founder of MOA Foodtech, a Spain-based biotechnology company transforming industrial residues and byproducts into high-value food ingredients through advanced biotechnology and artificial intelligence. Under his leadership, MOA Foodtech has reached industrial scale and is commercializing novel ingredients that enable sustainable food production without the need for arable land. He also serves on the Board of Directors of AseBio, the Spanish Bioindustry Association. Previously, he has worked in technology transfer and innovation at AINIA and as a project evaluator at Imagine Lab. He has also lectured on Industrial Biotechnology at CESIF.
