We are pleased to announce that for the 4^th Fermentation-Enabled Alternative Protein Summit, we have a dedicated room block at the conference hotel, Grand Hyatt at SFO.

We have a discounted nightly room rate of $289++ from February 12^th-15^th.

Reservations must be made by January 29 which is the cut-off date. However, please note due to high demand, rooms may sell out before the cut-off date so we do recommend you book your accommodation sooner rather than later.
