Sneha Srikrishnan, Ph.D., is the Segment Director of Fermentation at ADM, where she leads growth strategy and market expansion for plant-based ingredients in the fermentation across food, feed, and pharma. With over 14 years of industrial experience, she previously served as Senior Director of Protein Production at Ginkgo Bioworks, and was a lead scientist at Gevo for Isobutanol production. Dr. Srikrishnan is an expert in engineering yeast and filamentous fungi to deliver solutions for alternative proteins, nutrition, co-product valorization and environmental remediation. A patent holder and frequent speaker on biobased solutions for sustainability, she also serves on scientific advisory boards.
