Jeroen Leffelaar is a seasoned advisor and ecosystem builder in international food & agtech, driving sustainable innovation. Jeroen serves as External Advisor for Business Development & Innovation at Interfood Group, where he helps connect next-generation dairy solutions, such as precision fermentation and non-animal dairy, to market needs. He also assists owners, operators and entrepreneurs in taking their businesses to a next level, hands-on, by strategic engagement: leveraging networks, connecting investors and business development. Previously, he co-founded and led F&A Next, Europe’s leading food & ag innovation summit, accelerating entrepreneurship, investment, and collaboration across the global agrifood value chain. Jeroen has a background in international finance and investment banking.
