Tony Pavel is a Partner at Keller and Heckman LLP, where he advises clients on global food law, regulatory strategy, and compliance for innovative food and ingredient technologies. Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Tony served as Deputy General Counsel for Global Food Law at Perfect Day, guiding regulatory and legal strategy for precision-fermentation–derived dairy proteins. Earlier in his career, he spent over six years at Cargill as Global Food Law Team Lead and Senior Lawyer, supporting food, ingredient, and nutrition businesses worldwide. Tony brings deep expertise at the intersection of food regulation, novel ingredients, and commercialization, helping companies navigate complex regulatory landscapes as they bring next-generation food products to market.
